Driss did an exceptional job re-skimming our old Edwardian front room (walls and ceiling). He also removed a stone fireplace and re plaster/ mortared the surround and insert ready for a wood burner. This was a very difficult job which he did without any complaints.

Making good an entire room, ceiling and walls, with various new/old plasterboard combinations. First the (sort of) bad when doing one of the (patched) window reveals, he finished over making the gap a bit too small for the inset blind (other one was fine) to go back in – spent some time sanding it down! Now the good. Really, REALLY nice finish – mirror smooth, joins between old and new – gone! Considering what we gave him it was an incredible change – FAR exceeded what I thought it would be. Driss is amiable (don’t underestimate this) and listens to what you want. Aside from having his radio on (as do I) we hardly knew he was there, every so often we’d hear the door open as he brought in another bag. Price -wise it was better as expected and well worth it.
